The 4 × 4 cm square formed the basis for Bogdan Kravtsov’s creativity. Since 2015 the artist has been making paintings of various content based on this square, without limiting himself in materials and techniques.
At the same time, this format serves as a lens through which he focuses his gaze to capture artefacts or fragments of reality transforming them into his artworks.
